Founded in 2014 by Executive Chef Michael Romano, Lavos Complete Catering System began with a simple vision: to bring restaurant-quality dining experiences to events of all sizes. What started as a small family-owned business has grown into one of the region's most trusted catering services.
Our name "Lavos" is inspired by the Greek word for "people," reflecting our commitment to putting our clients and their guests at the heart of everything we do. We believe that great food brings people together, and every event deserves exceptional cuisine crafted with love and expertise.
